Finally, a true center for the town of Dublin and the surrounding Tri-Valley area. The Green at Park Place is a unique destination stretched over 27 acres, including 300,000 square feet of specialty retail and restaurant area. The project will provide “a sense of place” and town center for Dublin residents by presenting one of the premiere open air retail centers in the East Bay. Located at the intersection of I-580 and Hacienda Boulevard, The Green at Park Place will act as a town within a town, complete with tree-lined streets and pedestrian-friendly walkways.

Consisting of the best shops and eateries, the twelve building project will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market.
