Blake Hunt Ventures is a private real estate development and services company based in Danville, California. BHV's strategy is to develop, lease and manage retail and mixed-use projects, in the Western states, primarily in in-fill markets in Northern California with its focus on the San Francisco Bay Area.

The co-founders and principals of the company are Brad Blake, Chief Executive Officer and Jerry Hunt, President.

The BHV team has developed, acquired, leased or managed more than 10,000,0000 square feet and more than 100 projects in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington since the 1980's. Blake Hunt Ventures was formed in 2000 by former executives of Western Properties Trust after its merger with Pan Pacific Retail Properties (NYSE: PNP). Since its founding, BHV has established itself as one of the premiere and most active retail and mixed-use developers in Northern California.

BHV typically has $250 - $500 million of projects under development for which it has a significant ownership interest or is a fee developer. In all of its projects BHV is responsible for obtaining entitlements, construction management, leasing and property management.

BHV's principals are founding members and managing partners in Quattro Realty Group. QRG provides advisory services to banks, equity investors and property owners who have real estate problems. QRG's principals have extensive experience in multiple product types including retail, office, industrial, multi-family residential, single-family residential and hospitality.
